This includes, but is not limited to, photographs and/or other materials protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws used without proper authorization from the respective photographer, model or individual who otherwise owns the copyright, as well as material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, profane, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable in any way.
